Love TRAVEL but hate PLANNING. I am your TRAVEL PLANNER.

  • Ever dream of hassle’s free travel?
  • Headache doing travel planning to an unknown place?
  • Worry about budget, cost and visa requirement?

FREED NOT, NOW YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE THINKING, RESEARCH, BUDGETING AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BOOKED, DEPART AND ARRIVE.

I am former civil engineer who after more than a year following my husband for his job, decided to stay home and become full time housewife. We've been together for 4 years now and we work as a team when its come to travel. I plan everything and he booked. We travel in every chances we had and that’s goes to a trip somewhere almost every month. This year alone we already been to 2 weeks France & London (January), Kuching Sarawak(February), 1 week Bohol The Phillipines (April) and we are looking forward to our South Korea trip this coming June. We've been leaving in SE Asia for almost 4 years now and trust me, there's still a lot of places to explore.

So trust me, this is something that I do. I PLAN. Planning is crucial especially when you only have a short length of time. It is also important if you can roughly figure out the cost and budget for the entire trip so you can have an idea how much hole in your pocket you will make. Not only that, it is wise to foresee problems such as visa requirement, mode of transport, type of accommodation etc before its happen and you still within budget.

We are budget traveler, backpacker and we prefer to go on our own instead of group. You can do it too with proper plan. Instead of just go down the bus and take picture why don't take your time on your own pace seeing things you want to see.

So, if you hate planning why don’t you give me a chance to become your travel planner. I will come out with a plan according to your preference and cater to your need. It doesn’t matter where you are in this world as long as you have internet to connect. Please check all my other older post on our trip as a sample.

Kindly drop me a message or comment if you are interested. Thank You

Below is a sample of our trip to Palawan, The Phillipines last year.

Halloween 2013

We get an invite from one friend for a Halloween party tonight. Last year we didn't celebrate any since we might be out of town. I don't really remember the reason why, or where are we.

Two years ago, my first date with Nico was during Halloween night. Me and Nico was working in the same company and the project just started so everybody still trying to get to know each other. We spoke with each other few times but all are work related and i wasn't interested with him since he look so young. That halloween day we exchange number because he need me to check on something and inform him back in order for him to proceed on site. At the same day i also get another number from a female colleague since we plan to party together that night.

That night, i was at salsa club joining my salsa friends and planned to join my colleague afterward. I send a text message but i get confused with the number since i didn't add her or Nico number in my phone. So....i send message to the wrong person. And this is the beginning of Mr & Mrs David. Halloween play a big part in our story.

So, to remembered that night again tonight we will be Jack & Sally from the movie Nightmare Before Christmas because i was Sally two years ago and Nico was Nico. For the first time ever, he also decided to dress up and put on costume.

(Thats me in 2011)

I bake cupcakes specially for tonight to bring over since it will be house party. It was funny because the recipe which i followed indicate that it will make 16 cupcakes but i end up having almost 30 cupcakes. Its a chocolate cupcake with cream cheese frosting which i will try to decorated as jack face.

 (Chocolate Cupcakes)

(Black icing to do eyes and mouth)
(and i dun have that decorating tip)
(owh hell, i dun have patience for this)

 (ready for tonight)

(mummies included cos jack is pain in the ass)
 (Jack & his cupcakes)
 (With Anna & Clement)
(Happy Halloween from Jack & Sally)

Nico's Birthday Present ^_^ Nikon Coolpix AW100

Nico birthday is around the corner and i was really don't know what should i get for him. I asked him what he want and he said he doesn't want anything (i will also say the same if he ask me). I remember one time that he mention about buying waterproof camera since we always travel around to island and beaches. Being busy as he is, he couldn't find time to do research or check at the store. The idea of having waterproof camera died away and forgotten. So i took this opportunity, went to Nikon shop and get him Nikon Coolpix AW100. This camera rank at 3rd place after Panasonic Lumix TS3 and Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX10. Since i still have a week before his birthday, im thinking to play with it and checking out what AW100 can do besides completely waterproofed and come with world GPS.

Guess which one i choose? I was completely in love with orange color since its bright and doesn't look as boring as the other. Unfortunately, they only have one piece left which is on display. I believe no one like an open package and i definitely wont take it no matter how nice its color, so i end up taking blue. Black is super boring and camouflage doesn't seem to fit Nico personality.

Smart Portrait
~ If you love taking self picture, this function is good for you. All you have to do is smile and it will automatically snap your picture. Its quite fast so you need to be ready once you turn your camera around. They have the same mode for pets portrait but its not an easy job since my cat move all the time. You have an option either to take single or continuous picture which i believe will look nice if your pets knows how to pose.

Mono Color
~ You can switch to this mode to get single color display with its black and white background.

Solo Women Traveler

My travel experience limited to south east asia countries which is by far only to Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. I never deny that going on vacation with family, friend or our significant others will be the most memorable experience we treasure but have you ever feel like leaving everything behind and lost yourself somewhere foreign.

I've been travelling solo since 3 years ago at the age of 27. My mom freaking out when i told her that i am going to Phuket Thailand ALONE. To her i still her baby and women shall not wandering around in foreign land all by herself. Its quite challenging to persuaded her and of cos consist promises of long distance call everyday during my duration in thailand just to give her peace of mind that i am doing fine all by myself.

Travelling solo is also one of my many ways to destressed myself or run away from everything in another word. I like the idea to be lost in a place where no one understand my language, eating different food, meet new people and make myself busy reading a map so i can clear my mind and forget whatever problem im having back home.

It was scary when i first do it. With no credit card, carrying cash, budget trip, all alone, foreign land and my head clouded by CSI scenes. I keep on asking myself : what if i lost my money, what if i got rape, what if there's ghost in my hotel room, what if i miss my flight, what if...and what if...I decided to stop thinking too much and go for it.

My first trip was a successed and starting from there im not scared to travel alone anymore. But bare in mind, it doesnt mean i didnt take any precaution. Danger is always around us and its important we try to avoid any possibility. When travelling alone as a women we usually double the possibility of attracting danger. We not as strong as guy to fight violence, we not good with direction which make us less focus with our surrounding, we easily panicking, not confident and look at stranger as potential criminal.

If you ever feel like me and you really want to do that solo trip, maybe you can consider few tips. If the country is really safe and crime rate is low, you shouldnt worry too much and enjoy your trip. With country reputable with high crime rate, you should focus to every detail and alert you found in the internet. I always hold to these few tips which is working for me so far :
1. Avoid back alley after 7pm and stay in your hotel if theres nothing much you can do outside. Hotel bar and pool will keep you busy and chances to meet new people.
2. Always go to crowded places so you wont be easy target.
3. Make sure you have money attached to your body. Put some in your pocket, another in your wallet and the rest you didnt plan to spend in the save deposit at the hotel room. So if you get snatched you still have money with you.
4. Make a photocopy of your passport
5. Leave your passport, money, air ticket, keys and everything important but you didnt use it for sightseeing in save deposit.
6. Get help as much as you can from hotel with transportation, tour and information.
7. Dont trust stranger easily, refused any invite to send you back or offer to take ride with them.
8. Carry condom with you, so if you get rape at least you can beg him to wear condom and save you from getting HIV. Stay safe.
9. Be nice to other and other people will be nice to you too.
10. Remember nothing is free in this world, when they offer you something for free they might want something from you in return.

I really hope that you can get some idea and tips from this page so you will be able to pick up your confidence, packed and go travel, SOLO!!!
